PRODUCTION

We select the best ingredients of our land for our rusks.
We knead them slowly in the traditional way and shape them by hand,
forming our final product. We bake them ourselves
allowing for their aromas and flavors to emerge!
Our products are made with pure ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, Cretan honey, spices and
natural orange juice, kneaded with boiled water
from aromatic herbs, without preservatives, one by one,
by hand under our personal care!

CERTIFICATIONS

The Gyparaki Small Industry of Traditional Cretan Baker’s Products,
carries out daily controls. Its products are certified
by the Agri-Food Cooperative of the Region of Crete. The enterprise applies
the certified management systems of hygiene and
food safety FSSC 22000: 2010, ISO 22000:2005,& PASS 220: 2008.
