We come from a mountainous village in Crete called Assi Gonia of Chania! There we began our production in 1998. A vision became reality with the Light Industry of Cretan Baker’s Goods Gyparaki where we put all our solicitude for tradition and authentic flavor. We relied exclusively on the products of the Cretan Soil and the recipes of our elders Wishing to create pure, tasty and quality products which Bring to mind, Smells and memories from our childhood!
